Yoga Classes: Hard Core Yoga
Operated by caring, experienced instructors, Hard Core Yoga is an inclusive studio that welcomes people of all ages and abilities. This type of practice can improve core strength, improve flexibility and endurance and improve overall well-being. Check out the class menu.
Physical Therapy: Request a physician referral
Physical therapists play an important role in managing chronic pain by administering treatments that include strengthening and flexibility exercises, manual therapy, posture awareness, and body mechanics instruction. Ask your Pacific Sports & Spine doctor how physical therapy may benefit you.
Acupuncture: Request a physician referral
A number of studies suggest that acupuncture, an aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine, may work particularly well for those with chronic pain, such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis/knee pain, and headaches, including migraines. Medicaid nor Medicare covers acupuncture, but some insurance companies do. Ask your Pacific Sports & Spine doctor how acupuncture may benefit you.
Chiropractic Care: Request a physician referral
Chiropractors use a variety of non-surgical treatments, such as spinal manipulation, to address chronic pain symptoms, like inflammation and muscle tension. Various chiropractic care treatments may help you manage acute or chronic pain caused by a neck pain or back pain condition, such as a herniated disc. Ask your Pacific Sports & Spine doctor how chiropractic care may benefit you.
