Jedediah Robinson, MD
Jedediah Robinson, MD, M.S., A.T.C. (aka, Dr. Jed) joined Pacific Sports and Spine in 2024. Dr. Robinson worked with an Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Spine practice and managed an inpatient Rehabilitation unit in North Carolina for six years. Upon return to Oregon, Dr. Robinson worked with a local medical practice focusing on complex rehabilitation. He is excited to join Pacific Sports and Spine and work with a group of like-minded individuals to expand his professional knowledge of advanced diagnostics and durable therapeutic interventions.
Dr. Robinson earned his undergraduate from Oregon State University in Exercise and Sport Science, Sports Medicine, and Rehabilitation where he became a Certified Athletic Trainer (A.T.C.). He then earned a master’s degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from the University of Colorado. He received his M.D. from Oregon Health Science University and completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of Texas in San Antonio. He is board-certified.
Dr. Robinson uses his training to carefully assess the underlying cause of a person’s pain and works with each patient to develop a comprehensive plan to treat their pain and improve function. He continues to study the mechanics of the human body and is the creator of DrJed.com, where he posts Rehab Exercise Videos to assist in restoring pain-free function to each patient.
He focuses on the treatment of the ‘Human Machine’ from head to toe with a focus on spine pain and musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Robinson performs nerve testing (EMG/ NCV), as well as X-ray and ultrasound-guided injections.
He is a member of The American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R), the International Pain and Spine Interventional Society (IPSIS), as well as the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA).
When not working, he enjoys hanging out with his family and camping across Oregon and the western states. He and his wife also facilitate multiple sporting activities for his children, as well as engage in mountain biking, rock climbing, and fencing with his three boys.
