Gregory A. Moore, MD, is the Co-founder of Pacific Sports & Spine and an internationally recognized leader in Interventional Pain Management. As a triple-board certified specialist in sports medicine, pain medicine, and physical medicine and rehabilitation, he focuses on fellowship-trained, minimally invasive procedures for the spine and musculoskeletal system. Dr. Moore’s patient care philosophy combines deep empathy with advanced diagnostics and durable, holistic treatments to achieve transformative results.

Dr. Moore graduated from the University of Texas Medical School, completed his surgical internship at Oregon Health & Science University, pursued his residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center, and completed his fellowship at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.

In recognition of his clinical excellence, he was honored with the 2026 Innovation and Patient Safety Award from the American Society of Pain & Neuroscience (ASPN). A dedicated researcher and clinical trial investigator, he publishes frequently on biomedical devices, neuromodulation, and biological therapies. Additionally, he serves as a team physician across amateur and professional sports networks and lends his expertise to multiple national and local boards.
